I was more than happy to enjoy a coffee break after a whole day of shopping at the Westfield Eastgardens shopping mall in Sydney, while my kids skated on the ice rink. Uniquely, the mall had a portable rink that is not made from real ice. It is actually plastics! We couldn't actually tell at first, realising it only when the children got on the 'ice' and they were having a blast! In fact my 8 years old daughter LOVES IT!
